The house had stunning views and was exceptionally clean. the design features were lovely, and the owner's own smokery business provided delicious smoked salmon and cheese. the beach towels were a nice touch. the location was perfect for exploring the Isle of Lewis.
The lack of a freezer compartment in the fridge was a small inconvenience, as I missed having ice cubes for my G&T. Another drawback was the lack of wifi, but overall, the house was beautifully appointed and situated with great views.

We had the most incredible Christmas vacation in a stunning house with breathtaking views. The house was beautifully designed and exceptionally clean, with lots of nice touches like a welcome basket with smoked salmon and cheese from the owner's smokery business, as well as prosecco and fresh flowers. The location was perfect for exploring the Isle of Lewis, with convenient access to interesting sites like the Callanish stones. the house was situated on a quiet road, offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.
There were a few small suggestions we made to improve our stay, such as having a freezer compartment in the fridge for ice cubes, as I missed my G&T with ice. it would have been helpful to have wifi access, especially when traveling with a young child.
